At Celebrate Buffalo we pride ourself on quality designs, quality prints and quality clothing and accessories that look good, feel good, and show your love of Buffalo and all of Western New York with style and a bit of class. Often imitated, we have been designing original and unique 716 merchandise to help show your Buffalo Love (yeah we were here way before that one too...) since 2003 when we started out of our own screen printing shop in Allentown and realized the need for cool shirts and items to celebrate hometown pride and truly celebrate all things Buffalo, whether it be football's best fanbase, hockey loyalty like no other, lacrosse, baseball, the great suburbs, the rich culture, the amazing food, and the best people. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where does my order ship from/tracking? Orders are shipped from the United States. We use a few different warehouses/vendors so you may get multiple shipments for a multi-item order. You will get tracking updates e-mailed to you every step of the way.
What is your return policy? Please check our return policy page from the menu below to answer all return questions. Contact us by e-mail with any other concerns.
I don't know my size/what size should I order? Each clothing product has a size chart in the listing, please check the images and measurements and measure something you have that does fit and use this as a basis when picking a size on our products. Women's clothing tends to run a bit smaller than we'd like to admit in this day and age, so order accordingly. If an item is "pre-shrunk" it may still shrink a bit after being worn or washed.
Where do you ship to/who will deliver my order? Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped via DHL or USPS. You will be e-mailed a tracking number when your order ships or partially ships.
What payments do you accept? We accept payments by Paypal and Payments by Shopify. You do not need an account with either to process a payment, just a valid debit or credit card from any of the major carriers.
Are there taxes? How much is shipping? All applicable taxes and shipping fees are added when you check out before you finalize your order.
Do you have a retail store we can shop in person at? Currently we do not have a retail shop and do all our orders online. We do have an Amazon brand account if you wish to order from Amazon.com, you can find our products here SHOP CELEBRATE BUFFALO AT AMAZON.COM
Are you really the "Original Buffalo T-shirt company?" Everyone likes to claim they were the original or first at something. When we started our brand with our original "I Heart Buffalo" trademark, which we own, nobody in the Western NY area was really selling Buffalo products, since then, you see it everywhere, which is great for Buffalo love and pride, but sadly most other companies seem to lack in the quality or fashion sense or design sense department, all things we take great pride on.
